well, Georgia may be a good academic school but they do make accommodations for athletes so they are def in play (see Arik Gilbert and George Pickens as recent examples).

good call, glad he committed, hopefully they think he can finish the school work etc. and UF admissions will let him in. He is not going to study nuclear fission.

Don’t think he would have committed if he hadn’t got by admissions.

Ole Miss and LSU have a recruiting advantage in that they can qualify almost anyone for admission due to low academic standing and admission standards. Glad he is coming to UF. We need athletic guards that have a nice shooters touch from outside

One comparison work making for this roster: Donovan’s first tourney team in 1998-1999, a 6-seed that made the Sweet 16.

That team went ten deep with a vet point and big (Shannon, Stolt), a scoring wing just coming into his own (Weeks), and a couple of athletic, floor spacing forwards (Wright, Parker), and a slew of talented newcomers (Miller, Haslem, Dupay, Halton). 2-4 positions were all long, skilled, and athletic.

Similarly, this team looks to be ten deep with a vet point and big (Lofton, CC), emerging wing (Reeves), athletic combo forward types (Felder, Lane, Fudge), and lots of skill, length, and athleticism at the 2-4.

Outside of Vandy and UF, that's pretty much the whole SEC.

We have one more spot, right? Apologies if it has been discussed, but what are some names getting batted around? I saw Keion Brooks, but as the only 4-star left, I don't want to get my hopes up.

So future NBA players... Miller... Haslem.. Dupay who got looks at the NBA.. Wright.. Parker... who had been with the team and big stars...

And you want to compare a fudge and a bunch of transfers... to a star studded roster with NBA Mike Miller and NBA Udonis Haslem????... Castleton will be the only reason this team succeeds this season

Not saying the talent is the same, but the composition. The only guy with legit NBA talent is Reeves.

^ I thought he was making a (bad) joke originally. I think the first mention of “racist” was supposed to be a joke

I believe he was being respectful to his political rivals and meant "intelligent people who are wealthy enough to retire early," by adding (unemployed).
    Perhaps not though.

Ironically, his username could be interpreted as a racist term.
