Exactly my experience going to nfl games. Used to have dolphin season tickets, one section from opponent's seating. Language was way over the top and that was just from the women.. Not appropriate for our kids, combined with drunks/fights and we gave up seats.

Seems to me if you were actually right and not just wildly wrong you as a mod would give him a time out.

That is correct, I don't think Dolphins games are a child-friendly environment at all, but I think cheerleaders are not one of those reasons.

It's the aggression from the fans, the fighting, and the drinking.

Yep and my DIL won't go there which I can understand and is her right. On the other hand my wife has no issue, she likes the wings. Different strokes as the saying goes.

Grooming is okay as long as the grooming is done by a hot blonde!

So what's the problem? People don't disagree with the concept of content notices, they disagree with the government requiring such notices, especially given all the innumerable things some parents might find objectionable.

As a parent, it's on you to find content that you feel is safe and consistent with what you want your kids viewing. Often that means restricting their access to materials that have been pre-vetted as age appropriate by a trustworthy organization.

I wouldn't have a second thought at letting my kids watch movies rated "G" by the MPAA. An unrated movie is a whole different story, and I would want to watch it myself before I let my kids watch it--if I even considered letting them see it at all.

But I certainly don't feel so entitled that I would demand the creator of the unrated movie give me some kind of government-mandated summary of things I might find inappropriate in the movie. That's just ridiculous. Particularly so in today's world, where content and content creators are literally everywhere.

Take some responsibility and find a way to limit what your kids watch. Don't go crying to the government every time you come across something you don't like.

But nobody is banning kids from NFL games. It's left up to parents which is the point.
Drinking/fighting/obnoxious behaviour is ok but drag shows are not. I'm not going to a drag show much less taking a kid, but this is just big government over reach in my book.

More Political legislation in search of a problem.

I dont follow? Did you mean to quote a different post? Also, I rarely if ever moderate posts that are directed at me out of fairness and to stay away from bias. Heck I dont even report them to other mods.

I havent cried to the government. I commented on a message board post. Outside of this I have never even thought about the content at a drag show

Again... For clarity. Most of us are not asking a kid to be banned.

We are asking for disclaimers or warnings for info.

Ever been to an NHL or MLB game? NFL? They warn you about pucks/balls flying into the stands. They announce that abusive language can get you removed your ticket has a lot of small print. I think most of is are just saying to give that type of info in cases like this

Your post is above. You state that there were fake female genitalia and simulated masterbation (sic). You don’t say that these things were allegations made by the State. I asked you for a link. You responded by asking me to post proof that these things did not occur. That is piss poor posting paisano.

TBH I’m not following this either I’m deeply uninterested in your nonsensical quest to have govt mandate warning regarding all content YOU might find offensive. It’s nuttery so I dismiss it, but you claim someone (again don’t know who , don’t care) is lying about you in some outrageously offensive manner. You don’t have the goods to prove your point or else you’d have taken moderating activity.

I mean if the documents from the state and eyewitnesses are not proof, than there is no such thing as proof.

Lol... becasue the Leftists know all about Liberty and Freedom of Religion. Your Leftist POTUS as crushed small businesses all across America with their crushing inflationary policies.

The Leftists are the Party that caused the mortgage crises with your then their leader Barney Frank leading the way to ruin.

If you want to equate adding American Patriots in the military to bigger government then yes, it's okay to grow our strength projection and power... when a Pubs is in the WH. But we're talking about the military when we grow the government unlike the Leftists. How many IRS agents do you Leftists want to add to the government payroll, 80,000?

What do Pubs do that is hypocritical? Are we the ones selling American land to the CCP, near military bases/posts all over our country? Are we the ones letting the CCP buy our fertilizer plants? Are we the ones selling our farm land to the CCP? Are we the ones that are making it easy for the CCP to control eCommerce all across our country?

MAGA is the only group of people standing in the way of more Chinese control of our nation. China Joe is selling our future to the CCP.

He posted a picture of a gif. The gif had a small child twerking. He insinuate that I support that. Perhaps because I have mentioned my daughters are dancers? (No idea). Regardless it was a falsehood.

I make it a practice to not moderate things aimed at me so as to never be accused of bias.

My nonsensical quest has actually been agreed with by some lefties here today.

I also never said that I wanted ALL content that I disagree with to have a warning.

I was actually quite limited and quite specific in my request

There are all sorts of things that I disagree with that don't want mandated by law.

You made no mention of the State in your post; plus if you think the State’s allegations are proof that has any value whatsoever, then you haven’t been paying attention to this state’s administration.

That seems fair. Notably, though, the Complaint filed by DBPR - which was linked in the initial post - acknowledges that there was a disclaimer and 18+ recommendation. Despite that, they're alleging that the event was criminal and constituted felonies. The cases I saw dealing with those sorts of crimes were very serious and involved people touching kids, touching themselves in front of kids, exposing themselves, etc. This seems like a real stretch to me, and I would be surprised if anyone is criminally charged.

    From the linked article:

According to the complaint, "A Drag Queen Christmas" updated its advertising to say that the show contained "adult content" and was recommended for people 18 and up, unless accompanied by an adult.
