Sorry for the loss of your father. We’ll never replace the connection you and he had with Gator football. But our off-season uniform threads are epic.
Love the fishing up there, and you don’t have to wash the salt off the rod, reel, and boat. Hey, Turducken, when you come across this fish we expect you to post a pic with you or your better half in the saddle. I have pics of my kids on the fish over the course of about ten years from trips to Canada via Minneapolis to Intl Falls to Sioux Lookout, ONT. That’s not me… just a stolen interweb pic.
Welcome TDKRN! Are you a Korn fan? lol! That was the first thing that came to mind when I saw your username! I'm from the Great White North, from a suburb of Montreal actually, but live in Central Florida now between Orlando and Lakeland. Hardly knew the Gators at all before moving down here, but they quickly became my favorite team after I started watching them "by accident" in a sports bar back in 1987. Emmitt was tearing it up and that caught my eye; so I had to learn more about him and his team. Started reading everything Gator right then just before SOS came back to town. The rest is history!
My son lives up there-it gets so cold sometimes you can't even go outside. I'll take the 2 weeks of winter I have where I live.
Great to have you, my brother. Besides my family, NOTHING means more to me than The University of Florida. I am an alum and have been a Gator for close to 60 years. I owe The University of Florida for everything I have. In us marches Florida, always and forever. It's great to be a Florida Gator.
Welcome! And I'll add sorry for having to move to hockey country. Ugh. You will soon feel it I guess on the bright side you will be the only adult in your neighborhood playing with the kids in the snow. At least for one season
