Totally non-political (I hope) ... The estate is on a peninsula with frontage on the Gulf and Naples Bay. I need to cut down on my yardwork, so I'll have to pass.

It is a great property in a premium location. Trophy that someone will buy and likely rarely be used like so many others in Port Royal.

My offer is $100, that property will be underwater in 50 years or so and worthless, unless they invent underwater houses.

My guess is that it will be purchased by someone like a Russian oligarch, the leader of the a Mexican drug cartel or a similar type of person to launder money and that if and when the property is sold the name of the actual purchaser may never be disclosed.

several billionaires own trophy houses in there, including the owner of the Jags. I know the broker for the property. If he doesn't have to sign an NDA, he will tell me who buys it.

Interesting when you think about super fancy properties in places like Hawaii or CA.

    2074 - Hmmm

On a world wide scale? Probably not, in some areas, I suspect it is possible.

Depends on the Ross Ice Shelf breaking off and completely melting in conjunction with Greenlands ongoing catastrophe.
Not to mention the Gulf Stream "cutting off".

I think Sen Scott has a beachfront cottage on that road.

Way back in the day the state would make me take a bunch of time off before the end of the year - so I worked for UPS during Christmas on the route along Gordon Dr. Met a few famous people that I no longer remember but they did tip VERY nicely.

You got yours? That's weird. I've sent him my good faith money and all the details for my bank accounts that he could deposit the funds into. But I haven't heard anything in weeks.
Let me check if he deposited them today. Wait, that's not right. Where did it all go? Dammit!

It is something to behold, I drive by it everyday on the way home. A friend from out of town thought it was part of Busch Gardens (It's on Busch Boulevard.)

Every one of his family members that wanted in will have their own sub-house within the structure.
