Wonder who she is replacing? Assuming Plank. Tamisha Augustin Joins Florida Women’s Basketball Coaching Staff - Florida Gators
Would hate to lose Plank, but if we do it seems like a pretty decent replacement. If we have both next year we have a really good staff.
Can't imagine Plank sticking around as an assistant at this level. I am thinking she was a steady hand for an unsure time and a possible replacement if it didn't work out with Kelly. I am just assuming anyways. We may be replacing a different coach, but to me Plank makes the most sense.
It seems that Kelly is building a staff that reflects her commitment to the values we would all like to see at the University of Florida. I think these values are the key to long term success and it makes me proud to see this.
How do we know she's replacing anyone? Maybe Scotty is adopting the Napier approach in all UF sports. More is better.
Julie was hired by Kelly/Scott after Cam and Julian and Kelly have known each other and coached together before Cam so I think it's probably just a case of someone moving on to something else. And this won't show I don't think but Erika retreated this one... So definitely think it's Julie that is gone.
Have she been listed in transfer portal ??? I hate to lose her she always one I think had untapped potential.
Also Tamisha Augustin name and especially face looks so familiar, I think she was connected to blue blood programs in WBB, and think she was also a very good player when she played if I'm not mistaken. Any background info please ?
U of Miami picked up a pair of twin transfers with millions of social media followers. Not bad basketball players either
I have a degree from that school. The message board fans weren't unhappy about them leaving. Apparently the coach made them the center of everything, so their point totals may have been inflated--and there were a lot of unhappy teammates, several of whom transferred out.
Seems we may have another TBD because Erika was hired today as HC at Longwood. Longwood Names Erika Lang-Montgomery Next Leader Of Women's Basketball - Longwood University Athletics
