Show me where they attributed it to Hamas. They tried to white wash it by saying “Palestinians or Palestinian Officials”. I’ll wait for you to retract…

Just admit you believed what the terrorists told you and move on.

Listening to this podcast and just heard a mind-blowing statistic. Everyone knew that Iron Dome had been overwhelmed. But I didn't realize the numbers. Previously, the record for Hamas rockets in a 24-hour period was 470. During the attack, they sent somewhere between 2,200 and 3,000 rockets in the first 20 minutes.

And cyber attacks from IP addresses in Sudan that helped cripple the radar

It is a noble idea, giving humanitarian aid straight to the civilians, and one can feel good watching women and children walk away from the distribution points with food and water. But unless the “inspections” include following them home and watching them consume the aid, it is still just going be supplies for Hamas, one way or another. The people with the guns are rarely the first to go hungry and thirsty.

Can you point to any post I've made where I said I believe something attributed to Hamas? My entire point here is the MSM has been reporting what Hamas and Palestian officials are claiming, and qualifying their reporting as such ...

    Stop making shit up ...

I know all of those linguistic formulations. They've been bandied about for years. I could address them but don't really feel like it.

But you're taking it beyond the point. The simple point was to equate the short hand of river to the sea with Judea and Samaria and the like as dog whistle attempts to talk about establishing dominance. I don't see any effective difference between them. Do all Palestinians under lands that Israel controls have equal political rights?

No need to answer. We both know what all of this means. I know you know all of this stuff. I just can't stand when people who have been following the issue for about 5 minutes repeat mindless talking points without even understanding what they mean or any of the history.

Probably. Not sure what else we could possibly do though. Nothing?

There's been some mechanisms. Either way, the perfect is the enemy of the good. The people need humanitarian aid.

How many staff were at the hospital? How did they do the reporting so quickly? The media is lazy, why are they not in Gaza doing the questioning? It's obvious why, but you won't hear it from them.

I’m glad you asked. I was just about to address that. The closest experience I have with the situation facing Israel in Gaza was with Fallujah in November 2004. I was in the air, not on the ground, but there might be some useful techniques for Israel to consider. Like Gaza, the Coalition began by blockading the city, essentially setting up a siege. The difference as far as I can tell is that civilians were allowed to leave the city through Coalition lines. But the catch was, they had to leave as families. In other words if a military-age male tried to leave by himself, he was turned around. While I’m certain that some AQIZ managed to leave by attaching themselves to families, for the most part civilians left and AQIZ had to stay and fight. In my opinion, Israel ought to make the same offer. Now they have a slightly different problem set, because the Iraqi civilians had a lot more places to go inside Iraq (and, true to their form, I don’t see any Arab countries offering to take in Gaza refugees) and Hamas probably will do a lot more to keep the civilians from leaving than AQIZ did. But that at least gives the civilians an option and Israel an out.

You are parroting what they said and took it as the truth. It’s ok, you got duped. You look foolish for believing terrorists. That’s a you problem.

I agree with the last part. To the post I just made, stack it up outside of Gaza and let them walk to it, away from the fight.

You keep moving the goal post ... a couple of posts ago you said you didn't believe the Who had any presence at all in Palestine and therefore had no direct sources ... now you think it only matters if they had people at the hospital? I mean, for such an event, you'd think they could have sent people to verify before "confirming" a large number of dead ... Gaza isn't that big.

I like that idea a lot. Seems like at a minimum they could get the women and children out of there.

Just quote the post where parrotted something they said and proclaimed it was true ... you got nothing ... we all know it ... you are embarrassing yourself.

It would be just lovely if you two would stop now. You’ve both said what you wanted to. Now you’re just repeating yourselves for the last word.

They just covered that in part in that war on the rocks podcast episode I linked to earlier. They did so in the context of strategic military thinking. But they noted how different the two scenarios are as well.
