    Haven’t seen this posted…but just watched it and loved it!



    And I’m really proud of AR even though I was not liking him in some of those losses last year :)

    Awesome videos... I loved both of them equally. I have to say... I will be watching the Colts play next season just becasue of AR.

    Thanks TV for posting. Every person on this board should watch this end to end. It partially uncovers what goes on behind the scenes in developing a program. From the day to day preparation, coaching, learning, training, teaching, it’s all there to see…and we’re only seeing part of it. It may take us a couple more years to get back to where we once were, but we now have a coach, and a staff with a plan in place.
