it is obvious that you do not understand the concept of putting proofs to test. That’s ok, most people don’t. For example, you think the person who runs the red light and gets in an accident is always 100% at fault. You’d be wrong. You think a signed contract is always enforceable. You’d be wrong. Things that you may think are slam dunks often get ripped apart through cross examination. All of the evidence you sight and rely upon in the congressional investigation was cherry picked by the partisan members. The analysis and conclusions are all one sided, and most definitely biased. You don’t know what counter evidence and/explanation Trump and others have. Not a single piece of evidence in that report was challenged. Not a single piece of evidence in that report was tested by adversarial cross examination. You only know 1/2 the story.

You don’t get it. That’s ok. Just sit back and watch….

Your premise is flawed, because I have said that Trump can win. Some of his cases or all of them. Litigation is guaranteed to be fluid and uncertain.

But now you’re pivoting. You previously stated there was no evidence. Now you’re saying there’s evidence, but that evidence hasn’t been tested by Trump’s lawyers in a court of law. Or at least that’s what I THINK you’re now saying.

If so, we agree. And, rather than ignore the volumes of evidence, hopefully, before commenting any further on the evidence, you’ll actually review some of the data that’s publicly available.

I said several weeks/months ago I had seen no evidence of Trump engaging in criminal conduct. I said no such thing in this thread, even though that is still true. You seem to be confusing allegations with evidence. You are the one now "pivoting"

He clearly said "MSM" which are all very liberal... the others news you're referring to are not so main stream media outlets. And you are correct as well... more options. There are places where we can get more conservative/honest views of the news without all the added commentary add-ons that skews and tilts the news to one side or the other. And there is news that is just pure news with no editorializing it to suggest one point of view or another... my favorite.

And with this above retort, we’ve reached the full circle to your argument.

Sadly, this underscores the depth of your need to remain blind to the evidence, then and now. And yet, bizarrely, conceding you won’t even look at the evidence, much less analyze the evidence, you remain baldly certain of the “facts.”

I’m pretty sure that is what DeSantis meant when he called the Trumpeteers “listless vessels.”

The MSM are the true deplorables. For instance, they never asked the first hard question about ‘Covid.’

And in NC, when our Governor was delivering its daily briefings, the media acted as snitches. Ex: “It has come to our attention that X establishment is not requiring masks. How do you respond to that ?”
