Mark Meadows. Voter fraud crusader Mark Meadows may be charged with voter fraud after registering at mobile home
It is legal to be registered in more than one state, isn't it? I recall when someone did an audit and found a bunch of people registered in two states and some here claimed it was evidence of massive fraud. But it's only illegal, only fraud if you vote in two states, right?
Technically it's illegal to be registered to vote in two states. But how many people, when moving from one state to another, tell the state they are leaving that they are leaving, and to take them off the voter rolls? I know I didn't. But I did register to vote in the new state. And as long as you only vote in the state where you are now a permanent resident, this is a case of no harm, no foul.
