    They did have a good run with the Willie Stargell era.

    But they were awful for many years. Bing Crosby was a minority owner of the Pirates and in one of the Hope/Crosby "Road" movies Bob Hope was asked if they had pirates in America. He said that they did but they were usually hiding in the cellar.

    Not actually the former qb
    2 relief appearances in 2 WS games for Dunning, although short outings no runs given up.

    Longo was the face of the Rays franchise for so long would like to see him get a ring, even still has a bar here in Tampa.

    If Ohtani plays for the Rays I will go see some games at that godawful stadium.

    Hoped the sarcasm was obvious haha but yeah slightly out of the Rays price range plus from his perspective no real Japanese culture in Tampa as opposed to the big markets.
