   Went back and watched the presser again and at the 23:09 he is definitely talking about Andy Jean and running 22 mph.

   I wouldn't read much into a PR 100 time to determine his top speed versus Mizell. He had 2 teammates who ran 10.5 100 to run the 100s. Nevertheless he anchored their state winning 4x100. There is nothing to not like about Jean, including his speed.
