All fair points. I can't disagree that ML needed his attorney to get in his grill. I'm just skeptical that it would have made any difference

Thanks for your posts providing professional perspective - it's interesting stuff! I don't necessarily agree with this, though. Lindell, imo, has learned from Trump and operates with a "law be damned" kind of attitude. He's unhinged and not exactly hingeable.

so much winning. Court upholds arbitration. Pay up loser

Court upholds ruling that Mike Lindell must pay expert who debunked election lie $5M prize (msn.com)

A federal court has confirmed a $5 million arbitration judgment against MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell.

In a 12-page order released on Wednesday, U.S. District Court Judge John Tunheim upheld a ruling that found Lindell must pay $5 million to cybersecurity expert Robert Zeidman, who responded to a contest to prove the pillow executive had not obtained evidence from the 2020 election.
    ....................................
"A court's review of an arbitration award is very limited," Judge Tunheim explained in Wednesday's order. "Where parties agree to arbitrate, a court cannot substitute a judicial determination for the arbitrator's decision."

"The Court is not at liberty to review the outcome of an arbitration award simply because one party believes it to be incorrect," he continued. "Retrial of the issues is not within the purview of the Court."

major liquidiation sale upcoming as he is being evicted from the warehouse. Wonder if he has any product left in there? Is it any good?

another sad tragedy surrounding djt. they read like greek tragedies all the broken bodies he has left behind and others still line up for him to walk on.

Judge ordering Mike Lindell's eviction from Minnesota warehouse (msn.com)

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is expected to be evicted from a Minnesota warehouse after reportedly failing to pay $200,000 in rent for the past two months.

The StarTribune reported on court documents showing Lindell had received at least four notices of default at a warehouse in Shakopee.

having a really bad day. Guessing he has exceeded his retainer

Wonder if they will give a brother election denier a tab at ML?

MyPillow founder Mike Lindell's attorneys bail on him as he fights $5M 'Prove Mike Wrong' challenge award (msn.com)

As two of his attorneys withdraw from his case, 2020 election denier and pillow magnate Mike Lindell has been greenlit to appeal a federal judge’s ruling last month affirming he must pay $5 million to a software engineer who defeated an election data challenge that Lindell himself issued.
    .....................
But with his appeal, Lindell appears undeterred, even though two of his previous attorneys on the case, Andrew Parker and Alec Beck of Parker Daniels Kibort, officially withdrew as his counsel on March 20, a notice filed in the U.S. District Court District of Minnesota shows.

cry me a river, thoughts and prayers, and perhaps a future as a walmart greeter near the villages. He can buttonhole patrons with endless stories about how 2020 was stolen.

I’m still here! With out delving in to a flagrant and willful misreading of a particular post by the powers that be, I was given a time out for 2 weeks but couldn’t log back in so hence the new handle. Haven’t lived in soho for over a decade so time for a change.

I really don’t think my posts were provocative in the context of an adult conversation especially in a self monikered “too hot forum” but opinions vary.

It's really unfathomable to me that one Trump confidant after another gets indicted, jailed, reputations trashed, careers destroyed, and yet the sheep just keep a coming.

So many are providing public statements if not testimony as to his ignorance, vanity and lack of patriotism.

So many former allies or appointees call him unfit for office, any office, never mind the presidency.

    The man has destroyed bipartisanship,
mocks veterans, and allied himself with Americas traditional enemies. He has shredded the integrity of the GOP, his wife hates him, his daughter is embarrassed by him and he has more lawsuits and judgements against him than sands in the hour glass. And when he opens his mouth one of two things come out - lies and insults.

What a sad chapter in GOP and American history.

    Damn I miss the Bush's.

There's a name for this phenomenon.

It's called, "Everything Trump touches dies." #ettd

I have an Uncle who thought no one could possibly be worse than the bushes. I told him not to tempt fate. Never thought I would be proven right but trump and his bizarre cult of followers.

Perhaps the MOST DISTURBING aspect of the entire Trump facade is the acceptance of the various Christian Communities to embrace
this charlatan, con-man, mentally ill cretin.

Talk about a pact with the devil. It's incomprehensible.

I would embrace Bush 2 with open arms and kiss his feet if he was the GOP nominee, literally.

There are a lot of 1 issue voters out there, and he got them what they wanted in Roe being struck down.
