I'm not supporting Tucker by any means, but my question is why this girl, if Tucker was making what she felt were suggestive comments and/or masturbating, didn't hang up or at least say something. Something about this story doesn't sound quite right.

But I agree that if nothing else, this was incredibly stupid on his part and he should be fired.

 

Yep, he deserves to be fired if only for utter stupidity but it doesn’t really add up and much st just saved 95 mil.

 

This particular scenario happening in real life is exactly why it's written down in the contract: so the university has an open/shut day in court.

Something tells me that what happened is not open shot. There’s more to the story.

I get that, but it still doesn't quite add up for me. Assuming that when she "froze" she didn't really say or do anything, would a guy go from presumedly having a normal conversation, into making suggestive comments, and right into full-on spanking the monkey if there was no interaction?

It's possible I suppose, but I think for most guys there would have to be some form of interaction/communication for it to go that far. I'm not saying she's lying, but something just doesn't quite add up.

I’m with you. She didn’t bring any of this up until Mel ended the relationship and canceled her speaking gig at MSU.

Most likely, she is looking for a green poultice to help heal her damaged psyche.

 

It will be interesting to see how the contract situation plays out. It's anyone's guess as to what went on between Tucker and this woman but this event certainly brought negative publicity to the university. Is that cause? We shall see.

 

I believe it is complete bullshit, but he is the dumbass with his pecker in his hand.

 

It would make a great episode of Boston Legal, perfect Denny Crane case.

 

Her damaged psyche comes into question doesn’t it? Maybe she’s been playing the game the entire time. Seems to be working.
