Me and Appleby are Friends Now

For people that don't know, the what's up head nod starts with an upward movement instead of a downward. Lol

 

I think he looks like a party favor.

 

Once at the very beginning of Meyer's tenure at Florida, my wife and I were at the O'Connell center watching a game and our seats were at the rails on the lower level where you could walk around before the remodeling. I saw Meyer coming toward us with absolutely nobody else around him at all. He was just looking at the floor from side to side and looking at the side wall for next level up where we had railing seats. I watched him come and go for about 30 seconds looking at nothing but inanimate things and absolutely NO interactions with fans at all. I just remember how odd I thought that was especially for a NEW coach. I could have reached out and touched him but wanted no interactions or he was in his own little world.

 

2 things - I ran into Billy Donovan in 1998. He was the most class act and treated me like we were friends. That dude is awesome.

Second - I have no greater contempt than someone that doesnt repect their wife.

 

Allow me to clarify -- Urban is a POS
