Never had a doubt! Especially when I saw Queen barely pass half court by the time we put up a shot. And then Reese couldn’t jump and Haugh blocked the **** out of him. Go Gators!!!

 

The refs let them bump and hack us to the ground, finally they called Reese on the flagrant foul, about time. At least two fouls on Rueben even the announcer said it wasn’t a foul.

Amazing that Clayton wasn't real big, but we stole their cheese. Denzel and Haugh were HUGE in this game. Their ploy to leave Chinyelu was exploited by our vets and broke MD's spirit, imo. When we got those easy dunks it was pretty evident that they didn't have a chance. As big as that was, though, our rebounding advantage was the real diff. Again, not a huge game by Walt, but we played Gator ball and when Condon went down we had players step up big, esp. Haugh, Aberdeen, Chiny.

 

Yep. With Condo sidelined, we needed big play from Haugh, Denzel, and Chins, and we got it.

 

I knew we would be good, but 33-4 is unbelievable since we were in the toughest D1 league of all time. Go Gators.

 

I admit being MIA tonight. Great depth carried the day though.

 

4 over 30 minutes tonight. A little more minutes than last week.

 

Denzel had his best game in either tournament, Rueben did the boards, block outs and scoring consistently tonight, Haugh played a very good game all round, proud of these Gators that want to be at Florida!

 

It's amazing. 33-4. That would be hard to do in a down year in the SEC.

 

Maryland might realistically been in last place in the SEC. Are they really any better than SC? A really good young inside player who is more finesse than power. No bench. They shoot a little better from perimeter but certainly don’t play as good defense.

 

Golden has a loose chain on these guys, he lets them figure it out on the floor and goes from there and on timeouts he sets up plays and hopefully it’s good. So far so good

 

As do 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 when we went to three straight Elite 8s and a Final Four. Lol.
