    Our bigs have 2 field goals on 7 shots. Condon's only shot was a 3-pointer. Golden has to settle them down.

    The NCAA set up this matchup because we're 1-5 against UConn and we lost against them last. They gave us an opportunity for payback but we're not taking advantage of it so far.

    UConn could be up 10 if they’d find the guys that our defense keeps losing. Or if the open guys hit shots.

    I think the kids will be fine. Refs letting UConnn grab and hold (especially holding Clayton on almost every screen) and slap and push . . . and jump over someone's back with position for rebound after rebound (once calling a foul on Rueben for standing there while his back was jumped on!) . . . plus balls often bouncing right to UConn. Just keep playing tough defense which will lead to offensive opportunities. When somebody starts hitting a few 3s for Florida things could change. Also Hurley calling quick timeouts to avoid allowing a run which shows he is very concerned about that (and should be).

    Edit: Plus we knew this game would be tough.

    Clayton's has hit those deep 3's all year and nobody said his shots were luck. Guess it's only luck when their guy does it. :)
