The SWAC brings their own ACC officials to The Swamp, thanks to the weakness of the current UF AD. The only way the SWAC can reach the playoff is to run up the score in their final two games of the season.

I agree that without external influence like happened in The Swindle that the SWAC shouldn't be able to run up the score. However, there are literally millions of dollars that can be obtained by the ACC if the SWAC runs over the Gators.

Look if youre wearing a North Alabama Yung Joka game worn and autographed jock strap and cup right now I think you would need to recuse yourself from this challenge as a fan or grad of said university. Yep...there is a key word in the description "dual threat" that tells you the guy can run if he wants and is good at it hence the use of the word "threat". So just because he hasnt run a bunch this year doesnt mean he is now a pocket passer only...the threat still exists. Defenses need to account for this and it isn't easy (ask our current defense). I think we are in an improved situation with our dual threat and they have taken a bump down with their pocket passer...not saying we win though because were getting jobbed by the ACC.

 

I thought this was common knowledge on GC.

the handoff he fumbled was a read option play- those are not the same as a true handoff. The true handoff is not risky at all and I agree should rarely if ever be a fumble. Should be second nature.

the read option is more complicated as the qb holds the ball in the rb gut and then leaves it or pulls it. That is the play max fumbled on - also was a play that ETN scored on and Max had a huge gain.
