Kind of like that gop candidate in NY who called for Garland to be executed. Good times.

The dems best approach this fall is a 30 second commercial that just scrolls through each anti American bat poop crazy statement the republicans have made this year. Nothing could put the crazy in perspective like that.

Florida law can give them permission all it wants. Federal law trumps it. Enjoy a capital murder charge.

In another state, one of the Republican clowns convinced other Republican clowns in the state legislature to try and override federal law on gun licensing and gave the state and local police the power to arrest federal law enforcement for trying to enforce federal gun laws in the state.

Guess what happened? Some bozos violated federal law thinking they were safe, got charged by the feds, convicted, and the state/local cops wanted no part of trying to arrest ATF officers. Who is now paying for the moronic actions of the Republicans in the legislature? The bozos who are now felons and prohibited from owning firearms lol.

Ha, wha?? That’s literally a GOP ad that they can’t make themselves.

D’s need to extricate themselves from the absurd culture wars, IMO.

I realize that CW Is All (Uhtred Son of Uhtred style), but D’s fight this losing fight constantly. How long will they win by millions and either lose or barely win? It’s a dumbass D compulsion they just can’t stop (OK, Bareback Mountain style.)

Proportional rationality is over. Make a break, and go for actual sanity. It’ll lose now, and if it doesn’t win later we’re all doomed anyway.

EDIT: not a slam to you ora. You’re just coming from a far-too-rational place. GOP is officially antithetical to America, and it’s working. They win on this shit. The only option is to stop fighting this losing battle. Hope that enough sanity exists to get us through this crisis. Otherwise, prepare for Gillead (there’s a reason I live in the world of pop-culture—it exists as warning.)
