3 Republicans had the courage to vote against this scam, a 4th voted no for procedural reasons.

Three. One of the Republicans switched their votes so they could bring it to the floor again. Marge had a meltdown because the Democrats apparently hid one of their people lol.

That Republican, Blake Moore of Utah, switched from yes to no. The final total was 4.

He switched from yes to no so they could bring it to the floor again, not because he opposes impeachment.

While it is encouraging to see such a ridiculous vote fail, on the flip side all but 3 republicans supported impeaching a cabinet member when there was no evidence of any particular wrongdoing.

Today's GOP may be the worst in our history. What a disgrace to our democracy.

Don't they have more important shit to do than focus on impeaching Mayorkas?

they are just waiting for one less democrat to be present to vote and then they can pass it with 3 saying no

I believe they need to focus on turning down a bipartisan border security bill. In order to make Trump's ego more secure

Let alone any wrongdoing that would rise to the level of high crimes and misdemeanors.

The really dumb part is the timing. Right after they announce they are refusing to pass a bill giving them most of what they want done at the border, they hold a vote to impeach someone for not doing everything they want done at the border.

The modern GOP isn't serious about making America better. Their main purposes are to raise funds and oppose whatever the democrats are trying to do.

No. They don't have any vision for America. Their focus is on fundraising and hindering democrats. The modern GOP is a pathetic shell of what it once was.

We call MTG fringe but her worldview is the party. I’m sure 90+% of her colleagues know she’s crazily wrong about everything, just like they know Mitt Romney and Liz Cheney are correct. But they would only ever confess as much in private, and never exercise power consistent with what they know to be true. In public exercise of power, MTG is their philosophical leader

Perhaps there is hope for them after the orange one moves on to that great pumpkin patch in the sky in the ground.
