Donald Trump shared classified map, indictment says – NBC Chicago

Former President Donald Trump described a Pentagon “plan of attack” and shared a classified map related to a military operation, according to an indictment unsealed Friday.

The document marks the Justice Department's first official confirmation of a criminal case against Trump arising from the retention of hundreds of documents at his Florida home, Mar-a-Lago.

Trump disclosed the existence of the indictment in a Truth Social post Thursday night as well as in a video he recorded.

The indictment accuses Trump of having improperly removed scores of boxes from the White House to take them to Mar-a-Lago, many of them containing classified information.

My impression is that he seems to have kept the stuff to show off to people he golfs with, which to me makes it an even funnier thing to commit multiple crimes over lol

    From the indictment:

The information stored in the boxes included information regarding defense and weapons capabilities of both the United States and foreign countries; United States nuclear programs; potential vulnerabilities of the United States and its allies to military attack; and plans for possible retaliation in response to a foreign attack.

Jail time is not enough for these violations. The only proper punishment is his EXECUTION.

I said all along there was no way they were pursuing indictment of a former President if it wasn't super freaking serious. I'm not surprised at all.

Ron DeSantis, Elon Musk, And Top Conservatives Respond To Trump Indictment | The Daily Wire

Top Republicans and conservatives from around the country were outraged on Thursday in response to the news that former President Donald Trump had been indicted.

A federal grand jury in Florida reportedly indicted the former president on seven charges in the criminal investigation into his handling of classified material after leaving office. While no one has seen the charges, reports indicated that they range from willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and false statements.

“The weaponization of federal law enforcement represents a mortal threat to a free society,” DeSantis, who is also running for president, said in a statement. “We have for years witnessed an uneven application of the law depending upon political affiliation.”

For once I agree with Desi. Weapons are to be used against enemies of the country.

Yikes, some of the classified documents described in the indictment are identified as being created/classified by the Department of Energy. That’s almost certainly documents relating to nuclear deterrent capabilities.

Corrected it for you by adding the missing qualifier.
I have, and that ain't it for most people who blindly follow Donald Trump as if he was the leader of a cult chief.

Just read the indictment. I don't care what team you play for, this is serious and dead to rights. You can say it's selective prosecution all you want but at the end of the day, what matters here is that it very clearly looks like he willfully, knowingly broke the law.

Fair warning, I will straight up block any person who responds to me about my politics.
