“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” I assume your a good man.
This guy spent *hours* with Trump in his lame duck period between Election Day and 1/6. I think that’s the only reason the “media” covered him at all. At that stage of the administration Pillow Man was one of the few “advisors” Trump was listening to! The only shock thing was that such a kook had the ear of a POTUS. This guy visibly had it for hours while the President was otherwise shut in and no longer functioning as President. Aside from the absurdity of pillow man showing up at the White House with a notebook reading “Insurrection Act” I think you are dismissing how many “conservatives” were listening to his antics. If not his antics then the adjacent coming from Steve Bannon types. Basically the whole universe of “stop the steal” nonsense. His election denying bs is an easy majority in GOP politics, in some state-level GOP it’s basically taken over 100%.
That's very true. I was turned on to My Pillow by a CNN addict before Lindell cut his own business in half.
The fact that Lindell is willing to sacrifice his own business based on his support for an obviously false narrative demonstrates the Orange God's ability of persuasion. Kind of reminds me of Tom Cruise's support of the Church of Scientology another cult although unlike Lindell who is destroying his business, Cruise's support of that cult apparently hasn't affected his popularity as an actor at all. In fact, Cruise could be on track for the most lucrative year in his career.
Loses again and again.... Mike Lindell Says Vendors Are Bailing on His Business Over FBI Probe (businessinsider.com) MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell told Insider on Tuesday that four entrepreneurs whose businesses were set to be listed on his MyStore e-commerce platform have pulled out of the plan. Speaking to Insider, Lindell said that after the FBI seized his phone at a Hardee's drive-thru last week, at least four businesses have told him that they "don't want to deal" with his MyStore platform. "You know, they don't want to have the connection of the FBI. The FBI scares them," Lindell said of the vendors. "They don't want to get canceled, you know?" he added.
“The Supreme Court says it won’t intervene in a lawsuit in which Dominion Voting Systems accused MyPillow chief executive Mike Lindell of defamation for falsely accusing the company of rigging the 2020 presidential election against former President Donald Trump. A lower court judge in August of last year declined to dismiss the case and instead said it could go forward. Lindell had appealed that determination, but a federal appeals court said his appeal was premature. The Supreme Court declined to take up that issue.” Supreme Court won't take up MyPillow head's defamation case
