    I expect the immunity decision to be one of the last released which will be in July

    They definitely want to string that one out, in order to delay and protect the guy that initiated a conspiracy to overturn a federal election.

    I think they're flying their flags upside down right now also.

    Thomas went further and declared that the Court didn't go far enough in the 1870s to neuter the post War Amendments and that this Court should continue that task of declaring the 14th and 15th a nullity, likely on an originalist reading that those Amendments violate the core founding principle of white supremacy

    Good to know the scotus is essentially in the hip pocket of cpac. and they wonder why their legitimacy is being questioned. Do their backward policy positions reflect the will of the majority of Americans? The answer is no. A republic that does not reflect the will of its citizens is not sustainable.

    Striking down affirmative action while enabling anti-Black racial gerrymandering tells you exactly what their view of equality is. The fact that Stop the Steal Sam wrote the racist opinion is just a *chef's kiss* for how broken that institution is.
