Based on what I understand, he's basically leveled all of the Russian occupied areas of the Donbass, so a nuclear strike wouldn't be out of the question. He hasn't shown any regard for that area and treats it like target practice.

Now, if we can work some wealth transfers in for buying votes, maybe forgive more student loans or a new program to stiff your landlord on rent, something like that tacked onto a minor effort to make a more secure world we might get some votes and speeches.
