I think Florida is an elite program but Texas is the best job or Georgia. Those schools have access to unlimited talent and money. They don't have an instate rival that can compete either. Florida has to deal with Miami and FSU two elite programs for recruits every year. That's not something Texas or Georgia have to deal with.
