I cannot seem to find a link. I subscribe to the Florida Politics text service and this is what they sent out about an hour ago. It's only four paragraphs so I'm going to cut and paste. All credit to Peter Schorsch and his team on the reporting but I can't find a link. Jackie Toledo sues Fred Piccolo for sexual harassment - Rep. Toledo is suing Piccolo for emotional distress resulting from unwanted sexts and other behavior when he was managing her CD 15 campaign. The lawsuit, filed in Hillsborough County civil court, alleges Piccolo sent Toledo "unwanted, unsolicited, inappropriate, and grossly offensive sexually harassing text messages and images." The suit goes on to describe many messages in graphic detail. It also says Piccolo abandoned his duties to Toledo's Primary campaign in the final stretch to serve as a communications consultant after State Attorney Andrew Warren was suspended. If anyone's interested, I'll pull a copy of the lawsuit tomorrow. Toledo is a Republican who lost the Republican primary to Laurel Lee. Piccolo is a DeSantis operative who went in house for Susy Lopez, DeSantis' handpicked replacement for Andrew Warren. From someone who knows him, he's a guy who posts pictures of himself shirtless on Facebook and was known in law school for his anti-UN rants and proLife activism. I know it has obvious political implications, especially filed between the primary and the election, but I don't mean to discount whatever Jackie Toledo endured. I'm no fan of hers politically and she has had a lot of personal marital baggage during her political career, but apparently it's well documented and she was truly harassed.
