I just found out he past away last month. I want to send a prayer out to his family. I worked for him in 1999.

So tragic! I became good friends when he coached at UF. He & his would go out for beers after games with me buddies. We became friends after our team finished third in the Polk County Gator Club golf tournament many year ago. He told us the story of how F$U bought Anquan Bolden through an uncle. He said Bolden’s dad called him at 1AM on signing day & told him how excited the family was he was going to UF. F$U got to an uncle & bought him on his way to school & the signing. Rest in peace my friend!
