Sorry about your dog. Had to put my 16 year old down two weeks ago and know how it feels. She was the best dog I have ever had.
I like his excitement and early focus on building a class around him. Already carries himself like a college junior instead of the high school junior he is.
From The Athletic Texas A&M offered Lagway after his sophomore season. Clemson, Oklahoma, Georgia, Alabama and LSU followed suit. After Lincoln Riley dropped the Sooners for USC, his recruitment of Lagway only ramped up. Southern Cal represents utopia in terms of NIL, market size and quarterback sizzle. And whereas Florida only has statues of Heisman winners. Riley has a (soon-to-be) living, breathing one on campus. Yet Napier won out. The coach who was second-guessed all season for his play calling. The man implored by Gators fans to hire a real offensive coordinator and not rely on quarterback analyst Ryan O’Hara. That guy just landed a difference-maker.
Wow... very very excited with this commit. Pretty early in the cycle so I hope he sticks, but I like that he is already talking about "building the class". I would expect that if you are recruiting for your school you are less likely to flake out and decommit.
Is it possible to start feeding him offensive concepts and some of our basic plays for him to study over the next year? Have O'HARA start coaching him up
Yes, when you pecking on a phone, it’s much easier to type less. It’s the norm and how the world communicates now.
