From Squinting at it, it looks like discussion board for one of his classes. He has to make a 250 word post commenting on the topic and then reply to several other people.

I almost wonder if he's laughing at how easy it is.

 

There’s no need to panic then. He has an entire year and the online classes are easy to go through, especially if he has a “tutor.” I was thinking he was trying to finish by this summer.
