I had to sift through a lot of his TD highlights - many of them were spectacular YAC by his receivers from very short pre-determined swing passes

His long TD passes and intermediate passing concepts were superb, I like what I see

Is it me, or does he look like a big 6'2 on tape? Is he that much broader? He looks very large compared to the other high schoolers on the field. Not saying 6'2 is small, but he looks like a very well put together 6'2

Indeed. He's thick. Can't wait to see him in orange and blue.

Our season tickets are close to the recruits so we’ve met him and he’s taken some photos.

He is a tall, broad shouldered and muscular kid. Super polite and humble in the 3 minutes we talked. Looking forward to his Gators legacy.

He reminds me of the QB we will be facing this weekend. Physically, anyway...

Well...I ended up in the "other" big southern, tax free state. UT in Austin is like being on a different planet. I like the culture at A&M. But, hilariously, my kids who attend are still Gator fans.

Lagway is the most hyped recruit in my lifetime. With Tebow, he committed AFTER his senior football season but Lagway committed as a junior and stood firm which makes us hype him up more

No way to avoid the expectations and hype on this kid. I think Mertz starting another year sets up perfectly for DJ to let the game come to him.

From someone I know that followed The Woodlands…

Probably the toughest game Willis played up to that point. The Woodlands was 5-2 (lost to #2 and #3 in the state) and they were playing for the district championship apparently.

    No, that’s Jermaine Bishop, a 2026 athlete.

Jermaine Bishop Jr. - Willis - ATH

I wonder if any of the receivers he’s throwing touchdowns to will follow him to Florida?

Anyone have Tebow's senior year stats, for comparison? I remember they were gaudy, but Lagway has number that I haven't seen in a long time. He's going to double Roaila's numbers in almost every category...with a higher completion percentage.

On the face of that tweet you go awesome, then you think, I have never heard of the other two QB's.

Perez ended up at South Dakota and red shirted in 2022
Early high school graduate who passed for 8,128 yards and 107 touchdowns at Garland ... both are program records ... completed 578-of-946 passes in all ... threw a program-record eight touchdowns in one game ... named District MVP in both 2021 and 2022 ... set records as a senior with 3,625 passing yards and a Texas 6A high 57 touchdown passes in leading Garland to a 10-1 record ... completed 72 percent of his passes, the third-highest mark in school history

Gerber went JUCO, PWO to Texas Tech and transferred to West Texas A&M. Now a HS QB coach in Tx.
