The republican primary process has been a fight for the silver medal from day one and an enormous waste of time and money. Most of the participants want either the VP slot or a cabinet post. If Trump felt he was in any danger from any of them, he would have debated.
Nikki No! Haley Busted Trying To Pass Off Unsent Email As 'Kind Words' | ZeroHedge As the Post Millennial first reported, Haley's official account posted two messages - one from a "Mary A," which reads "I want to encourage Nikki Haley to keep pressing on!!! We need a competent and committed leader to stay the course in the bid for the presidency." The second 'message,' however, was a screenshot of an unsent email, which states "PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP YOUR FIGHT!!! In a world that's become crazy with strife, we need a level headed conservative leader to navigate us through the insanity." LOL, what a desperate dumbass.
I am hating the radio silence that is going on with the media. Why aren't they talking about her at all? Do they really want Trump? Unless she starts creating some buzz in the next week or so, it truly is over for her.
Nikki Haley loses to 'none of these candidates' in the Nevada GOP primary. Nikki Haley loses to 'none of these candidates' in the Nevada GOP primary
MAGA dislikes people who are bought and paid for with no real stance on any issue. 60% of the vote in Nevada knows she's a hollow vessel backed by Sea Island billionaires.
Nikki Haley Brutally Mocked for Embarrassing Loss to 'None of These Candidates' in Nevada Primary (westernjournal.com) That option handily defeated Haley by a margin of nearly 2-1, and the responses were not kind to the former South Carolina Governor.
Yeh, I still don’t see the way forward for Haley after she gets walloped in her home state by 30+ points later this month.
Just saw that the turnout was 16%! BUT, more importantly, the primary didn't award any delegates; those will come from the caucuses this week. It does beg the question as to why hold an election (and pay for all the polling places to be open and staffed) for an election that means NOTHING?
The state GOP wanted to move to primaries, but Trump wanted them to keep the caucuses. Most of the heavy lifting had already been done by the time Trump's people chimed in. So they got stuck with primaries, but brought back the caucuses, and made that the official delegate choosing system, to make Trump happy.
this seems to be the purpose of the current Republican party. sad state of affairs, even worse that so many refuse to acknowledge how far they have fallen
Haley is running for one of two reasons: 1. To be the default nominee if Trump isn't the nominee for some reason. 2. To be the lead person of the "I told you so" caucus if Biden wallops Trump.
Based strictly on the optics I think she made a mistake by not campaigning or even visiting the state. If bothered to campaign she may have been able to increase turnout and break the 50% barrier. That being said the Nevada Republican presidential primary was strictly a beauty contest with zero delegates at sake.
And if she had campaigned in a state Trump wasn’t allowed to be in she would have taken grief from her party. No win scenario. But since there were no delegates at stake there wasn’t a large upside.
