Interesting. Not likely to be true but I could see a top coach taking the escape hatch out of the mess that has been made of college football.

UGA would certainly try to get Lanning IMHO. And I think that he would return.

UGA is set up to win championships for years to come.

 

This would be epic. Not only would UGa get dinged (Hello Mus-take!) but Kirby would probably fail pretty bad. He is NOT Pete Carrol.

Agreed. I’m reading that four of the five teams he’s considering are teams we have to play. That’s an even lower move than just leaving the program.

 

He's got to at least be smart enough to get his QB to throw the ball to Kyle Pitts more than 3 times a game.

These guys are Alpha-Male to the extreme. Many just have to know if they can succeed at the next level. Not saying he leaves. But for us to try and figure it out is futile.

 

Yes, it has. And if my best players were ditching my “process” to go over to my enemies, then I would question how effective my “process” was.
