    I have a feeling that the Shamecocks will go after Sully, but, if the Clemson job didn't get him, I don't see how they will.

    COLUMBIA – Paul Mainieri has been named the head baseball coach at the University of South Carolina, Athletics Director Ray Tanner announced today (Tuesday, June11). He becomes the 31st head coach in the history of Gamecock baseball. Mainierialso announced the retention of associate head coach/hitting coach Monte Lee and the additions of pitching coach/recruitingcoordinator Terry Rooney (LSU) and assistant coach John Hendry (UVA)

    Yes.. Monte Lee and Jim Toman were 2 big reasons Ray Tanner was successful.
