Such horrible news. By now we all know how it goes with consent and alcohol (plus underaged drinker). That police-arranged phone call where he allegedly confirms that he knew she was drunk and "wildin" certainly won't help even though he acknowledged asking for consent.

This is tragic . . . but I'd keep in mind that during the secret monitored phone call, Keyonte himself brought up that he had affirmatively asked for consent and her response was left out of the affidavit of complaint. I'd also remember the standard for the police filing charges (probable cause) is a LOT less than the standard for proving guilt.
In the future there will be an app, wherein one can send a brief questionnaire with items such as "Are you sober enough to have sex?" and "If sexual relations ensue are you going to press charges?" There will be a yes/no checkbox at the end. Ohh and the app won't be on people's phones, as all the "phone" apps will be installed in tiny microchips under people's eyelids.
This is bull spit. I have concrete proof that the app will be secretly installed within your next COVID-19 vaccination.
Don't forget the fact that she for some reason chose to leave the party and go to his apartment to "use the restroom" as well.
