I don't think he wants to be an OC. Didn't he do it for a season at USF. Is the Western Caroline offense his or his son's? Probably both.
Yes he did at USF for a season, and a number of people who know him have said that he has zero interest in ever being an OC anywhere ever again.
Bell will be in the fourth year of a rebuild effort. Prior to Bell signing on with Western Carolina had something like 15 losing seasons out of the last twenty seasons. His first year was 4-7, second year was 6-5, this past season was 7-4. It appears that his efforts have been successful. I feel that Bell wants to finish what he started a Western Carolina.

Yes. But, per Kerwin, it was never going to happen. Muschamp made it clear in the interview that the OC would not have 100% control over play calling. It was a dealbreaker from the onset.
