It shows to me he was honest and acted completely normal like most high schoolers and college students. For him getting mad, he had every right to be and I was proud at how long he held it in as long as he did. I would have told those bastards where to go. It's disgusting on how those assholes on the left(the senators) treated this man even after no evidence was provided against him. And how everybody on the left still backs Ford after all that came out, the words I would use to describe those people would get my comments deleted or I would get banned.
One of them is innocent and the other is guilty of either assault or lying about it. We will never know. Kav shouldn’t be held to account for being a stupid 17 year old obsessed with drinking. Having said that I wouldn’t vote for him based on his handling of tough, even if unfair, questioning from the Dems about his personal life as a kid. He went crazy and wasn’t truthful. Next.
All you guys that are so sure you know what boofing and devils triangle mean, were you even alive in 1982? I was in my twenties and these are nothing but made up words between friends. Whatever they supposedly mean now means nothing.
Not sure who "they" is. It seems that the Democrats have gotten over Clinton's loss while the Republicans are still obsessed with the fact that their guy managed to win the office of the presidency as the result of a quirk in the Constitution possibly aided by Russian interference, while losing the popular vote by a close to 3 million vote margin. There are still chants of "lock her up" at Trump's rallies, encouraged by the Dear Leader, and Kavanaugh in his rant before the Senate Judiciary Committee railed about the Clintons.
There may be a few democrats who feel that way, but I'd be willing to bet it's a very small minority. For the vast majority it's not being unable to get over Clinton losing - it's being unable to get over a buffoonish con man like Donald Trump actually winning the presidency of our great country. Maybe just the other side of a coin, but DJT's incessant cry used gin up his fans that "they can't get over Clinton losing" rather than the more accurate "they can't get over Trump winning" is strategically used by the marketer-in-chief because it both provides a villain and avoids dealing with the fact that the majority in this country are unable to accept the fact of his presidency due to his incompetence, buffoonery, and lack of basic dignity and class.
WHOA..... Senate Judiciary Committee Summary FBI Report is saying Ford’s friend Keyser tells FBI she felt pressured to change her story about not remembering the party. And this is after Ford tells the JC the reason Keyser couldn’t remember was that Keyser was having medical problems. Wow.
Looks like to me Ford (at the very least) is guilty of witness tampering and obstruction of justice. At the very least.
Unless Keyser herself told the media it seems that someone selectively leaked parts of what was supposed to be confidential report.
Here is the article does not look good for Ford Friend of Christine Blasey Ford reportedly felt pressure to revisit statement on allegations A friend of Christine Blasey Ford told FBI investigators that she felt pressured to clarify her original statement regarding an alleged sexual assault involving Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, according to a Wall Street Journal report. Do you really want a judge on your case who is hyper partisan and loses it under intense pressure? Judges need to try to remain impartial and keep calm. Kavanaugh did neither, which is why Judge Stevens is saying don't vote for Kavanaugh. And frankly, Kavanaugh's high school persona, the partying and drinking, would not matter. But Kavanaugh himself brought it up, making himself out to be some sort of choir boy on national tv. It was a main part of his defense against Ford. So don't you think it is important to determine if Kavanaugh was lying or telling the truth about who he was in high school? But did the FBI speak to a single witness that would tell them Kavanaugh was a heavy drinker and was often belligerent and would pass out? No. The FBI spoke only to Kavanaugh's friends and the one Ford friend who said she hardly knew Kavanaugh. Again, Kavanaugh painted himself a choir boy as part of his defense. If he lied about this, don't you think it's important to know that a nominee to the SCOTUS lied under oath? And again, if he lied about one thing regarding his defense, what else did he lie about?
O Corey … say it ain't so!! Did you really say this? Dude …. if you did …. you are a nut job. Oh wait …. maybe your old drug dealing pal "T-Bone" (who you claim once threatened to kill you but is now your friend) told you this is how you need to roll in DC. Or perhaps it was Lynsie Lee … the stripper from that Portland vegan strip club to who you tweeted "the East Coast loves you and by the East Coast, I mean me." Man ……. Corey ..... you need help …. much like Feinstein and a number other of your leftie pals. Hey, maybe Christine Ford can help you out as she claims to be a psychiatrist and has a separate office for counseling in her residence. Cory Booker: It Doesn't Matter If Kavanaugh Is Innocent Or Guilty My hope is beyond the vicious partisan rancor that is going on, beyond the accusations, we don't lose sight of what this moral moment is about in this country, and ultimately ask ourselves the question: Is this the right person to sit on the highest court in the land for a lifetime appointment — when their credibility has been challenged by intimates, people that knew the candidate well as a classmate, when his temperament has been revealed in an emotional moment where he used language that frankly shocked a lot of us? And then ultimately, not whether he's innocent or guilty, this is not a trial, but ultimately have enough questions been raised that we should not move on to another candidate in that long list put together by the Heritage Foundation and the Federalist Society? Move on to another candidate because ultimately the Supreme Court is not an entitlement. Just because you went to Yale or were president of your class doesn't entitle you to the Supreme Court. This is a sacred institution, and the people who should be on it — whether you agree with their political or judicial philosophy at all — the people who are on the Supreme Court should preserve the integrity of the court and be beyond the reproach of these difficult partisan times.
Here's the thing. Him making sexual references and crude sexual remarks in HS doesn't matter to him being a Supreme Court Justice now. Nor does him drinking to excess in HS and college. He could have just been up front about it and said that he was among a group of partying jocks at that age, who made crude comments and drank too much, but he didn't assault anybody. He's sorry if he offended anyone, and specifically apologize to Renate for his juvenile remarks... but he didn't assault anybody. In other words, take some responsibility for his actions like an adult. Instead, he chose to lie about all of them. And he chose to misrepresent the witness affidavits. And he chose to lie about his rulings in at least one Environmental case he presided over. And he chose to deflect and avoid answering a host of other questions that he didn't like, and instead attack the Senators asking them. All of that is on him. And it didn't have to be that way. He chose to make it that way. The fact that he chose to misrepresent so much, goes directly to his integrity and standing to be a justice. At any level IMO. It also gives good reason to question whether he isn't guilty of sexual assault(s).
Well, I think it's not really her …. but her handlers. I'm not convinced Ford has enough connecting above the neck to create this massive contrivance. I think she was just a willing participant chosen to attack Kavanaugh because she conveniently knew him back in the 80s. I think this explains some of Ford's issues:
