It was a week long investigation at most. Democrats knew that and there was a strong possibility it would end sooner. They were hoping they could stretch it out longer.
25 years of trying civil cases, I’m familiar with the instruction. You want to look at the article about the renovation at Ford’s house and revisit how you find her credible?
Just heard on tv every Senator will get a copy of it. Fienstein wants it sealed from the public or that is what is being reported
She stated that they have somebody living in the house now (and that they use that area for that purpose) and never said that it happened contemporaneously to the session. Kavanaugh made a lot of specific claims that appear to be untrue about his drinking and sexual activity (further evidence in that letter). You must realize that Kavanaugh's statements are much clearer lies, right?
No. She never said anything about when the renovation happened. She said that it caused friction in their marriage, so they went to therapy.
If there was an assault she should have contacted Maryland law enforcement when it occurred. She didn’t so ..... 36 years later she and her handlers level accusations she cannot prove, probably because what she asserts did not happen. As a result you and others engage in a political hit for which there is no basis, evidence and convict a guy of sexual assault with no evidence. You tell me ..... should she be telling this story, one that may very well be a fabrication and definitely has been flawed and inconsistent, impugning a man’s character ..... with no evidence? Is that really how this should matter should be handled?
Democrats have stooped, fallen to a new low in US politics ..... a point from which the nation will not recover.
Based on what we know, neither box has been checked. Accuser #2's attorney said the FBI did not interview the corroborative witnesses she gave them. I guess we'll see if that changes in the future.
There are a dozen reasons why women don't report. I suggest you look up the #whyididn't movement. Would it have preferable to report the incident when it happened? Of course. But we can't change the past. So your suggestion is if a women doesn't report right away, she should just shut up and take it? Even if their alleged attacker is going to be confirmed as a Supreme Court Justice? Sorry, but SCOTUS position is just too important. Some things are better late than never. This is one.
They say, "When they go low, you go high." It seems that the Republicans disagree. "When they go low, we go lower." Republicans on Senate panel release explicit statement about Kavanaugh accuser’s sex life
