Schocking that there are reports that people aren’t happy with how the FBI conducted the investigation when it is not going to produce the results they want.

Well take heart in the fact that the current POTUS didn’t make a public statement during the FBI investigation that it is clear that Kavanaugh didn’t do what he is accused, signaling to the FBI the outcome of an investigation he wanted during a highly politicized time.

It wasn't even a real investigation. That's what is going to lead to outrage. It was a bait and switch.

My guess is that the investigators assigned to this case are going to piss somebody off with their findings. Those guys are damned if they do, damned if they don't due to the limited scope they've been given. I feel bad for them, but as they say "you take the job, you take the crap that comes with it".

I would abstain from the vigilante justice you propose as regards the Ford allegation...... which is quite possibly nothing more than a political fabrication.

You have no idea if Ford’s event ever occurred..... and no way of knowing that Kavanaugh was involved. Yet you have already decided he’s guilty of committing an act that possibly never occurred.

But, but, but Anita Hill’s investigation only lasted three days. The American Public was assured by Democrats prior to the vote, a quick FBI investigation could be done and it would answer all these questions. And a quick FBI investigation was done.

Looks like the FBI learned it’s lesson from 2016 and got out of the middle of a political knife fight as quickly as possible.

It's not about the duration, dude. It's about the scope.

So since the statute of limitations has passed, Ford should just sit quiet and take it, allowing Kavanaugh to be confirmed to the highest court in the land? That's what you're saying, correct?

The scope was known on Friday when this was authorized. All witnesses named by Dr. Ford have been heard from and likely interviewed. Ms. Ramirez was interviewed. The third accuser clearly has major holes in her story and Avenatti is probably playing keep away so he can continue to use as fodder for his ‘20 campaign for POTUS.

The scope did not change, the investigation did not end how you wanted it to.

There was a lady FBI agent on Tv who has been on many background checks of various people. She said the FBI does not go back past a person who is being investigated 18th Birthday

Do you want me to post jury instructions on how to assess witness credibility? Lying and evasiveness are two things that significantly cut against credibility. This is a he said/she said case. Credibility is everything.
