You made an excuse for the fact Ford's friend won't place Kavanaugh at a party with Ford in 1982. She either can or she can't. In America, we don't look for excuses as to why a key witness can't place the defendant at an alleged crime scene. She either can or she can't. If she can't and no other witnesses can either, that generally goes bad for the accuser's side, unless there is forensic evidence or other hard evidence that contradicts the defendant's sworn testimony. We don't look for hypothetical reasons why a key witness might not remember a crime or a party the defendant was at. Either she does or she doesn't.

She shared relevant portions of the therapist's notes with Feinstein and the Washington Post and presumably with the Committee. Maybe she refused consent to disclosure of the notes in their entirety because they contained very private information not directly related to the alleged sexual assault by Kavanaugh such as (completely hypothetically) details of her intimate relationship with her husband.
This is what she did disclose.
California professor, writer of confidential Brett Kavanaugh letter, speaks out about her allegation of sexual assault

Regardless, I think it’s pretty clear that this rush is political.

She brought the notes up as evidence she was truthful then the entire interview should be presented to the public. If she does not want them made part of the record none of it should have been entered What is she scared of that maybe they will show she is screwed up in the head ?

I don't know what to make of it. I think we need to have an independent, thorough investigation to get to the bottom of it. That is the only way we can make sure the kid deserves to be starting QB as a freshman at Clemson.

She said in her testimony that she thinks she only provided them to her lawyers.

She said she thinks she described them to WaPo but doesn’t remember showing them to them (which seems to be obviously wrong unless WaPo was lying, but whatever), but I don’t believe I’ve ever heard any indication that anyone connected with the Senate has seen them.

More excuses. The topic at hand is an alleged criminal act.

Ok, let's say it's a job interview, lol. No employer is going to look for excuses as to why an eye witness can't place the interviewee at a party in 1982 unless they really, really don't like the interviewee. In which case, that person ain't gettin' a damn job with that company in the first place. Carry on.

If we are going to have a real investigation and we need the truth to come out, Dr. Ford’s therapy notes need to be turned over to the FBI. An FBI investigation doesn’t just cover one side, both the accuser and the accused need to be assessed, which would include any medications they may be or have been on that were prescribed by a doctor.

Said it in a previous post, Kavanaugh was playing to his patron, the Dear Leader. Although Trump probably didn't approve of the crying, his testimony was on par with the Donald's performances at his campaign style rallies. It is frequently said the imitation is the sincerest form of flattery and that was certainly true in the case of Kavanaugh, especially his mention of the Clintons, the notion that the attacks on him are the Democrats' revenge for the 2016 election and the implication that he is the victim of a well-funded leftwing conspiracy.
