FTR, I was not "banging on him for being rich and entitled", I was "banging on him" for being a judge, up for a Supreme Court appointment, and arrogantly and belligerently with ridiculous outrage resorting to lying under oath about what otherwise would be meaningless and irrelevant items. That alone would disqualify him if I were a decision maker in this case. But I'm not, so that's why I'm just stating my opinions, and not claiming that my opinion is absolute and unchallengeable fact.
The investigators need to get in their cars and go right over to the scene of the alleged crime and collect all the evidence they can find.
