How do I know this? Multiple classmates from Yale called him a liar. One called AFTER his testimony specifically to call him a liar. Basically, Alan Dershowitz is a great and honorable man . . . until he says something you don't like. Ah, it's the Democrats' fault that the Republicans brought in a prosecutor to do their questioning and then abandoned her as soon as it was politically practicable.
Wow, what a wimp. He goes on all day about politics being better than they are currently and then votes on the guy screaming about Clinton conspiracy theories and obviously lying about his past. He claims to hate the Trump playbook and then votes for somebody that just used it.
Question: Why did everyone you named as witness come out against you? Including your best friend who says she never met Kavanaugh & the party did not happen? Dr. Ford (literally): "Leland has significant health challenges, and I am happy that she is focusing on herself"
That is a really nice talking point you keep re-using, but do you really believe there is any chance 52+ senators would vote to confirm someone whom they know lied to them repeatedly during his confirmation hearing? Again, that's a pretty long reach.
That was obvious before she even set foot in Washington. Someone alleges a party took place on an unknown date at an unknown location 36 years and all the people she alleges to be there say they have no memory of the event. If a defense attorney couldn't establish reasonable doubt in those circumstances, they should be thrown in jail with their client.
What lies? All ive hesrd is that he *lied* about what 'boof' and 'devils triangle' mean, which would require an objective meaning to begin with.
Not sure how many times this has to be repeated, but her friend said no such thing. Her friend said that she did not recall the party, but did believe Ford.
Wait, so you think he was referring to a geographical area in the Atlantic? That's what you've got? I suppose you also think "Renate Alumnus" just mean they were "pals" with that girl (another near certain lie)? 100 kegs club meant... what? I don't think any of this stuff would have been relevant, who cares about what kids did in high school. *BUT*, the devil's triangle *OBVIOUSLY* has huge relevance to the Ford allegation, and he is so obviously lying about the meanings given the rest of the context. Boof: "To abuse any licit or illicit substance via insertion into one's rectum." Devil's Triangle: "A threesome with 1 woman and 2 men"
“Simply put, Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh, and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford,” Keyser’s lawyer told the Washington Post. Not necessarily a lie just not exactly what she said. His statement is correct in that if she has no recollection of ever being at a party where Kavanuagh was present then the attack could not have happened at the same party.
Because I guess your reading skills need work. She did say she believes her, but that her stated party didnt happen. Or more specifically that she didnt recall any party where they were both present.
Restating what I posted yesterday regarding Kavanaugh's history of alcohol abuse with an additional link. Despite his denials Kavanaugh had a reputation as heavy drinker, perhaps to the point of blackout, in both high school and college. From Mark Judge's book: Rather than a fictitious character "Bart O'Kavanaugh" is almost certainly Brett Kavanaugh. And then there is his roommate from Yale Kavanaugh became 'aggressive,' 'belligerent' when drinking, says Yale freshman roommate And a more detailed article on his history of heavy drinking. At the Center of the Kavanaugh Accusations: Heavy Drinking Nobody but Kavanaugh himself knows whether or not he recalls assaulting Christine Blasey Ford, however there is absolutely no doubt that he has a history of very heavy drinking probably to the point of blacking out. As Blasey Ford's credibility is concerned she disclosed that she was the victim of a sexual assault in multiple therapy sessions years before she wrote the letter to her Congressional representative and Senator Feinstein. And once again using your post as an example, it's obvious why she naively tried to remain anonymous.
Forgive me if you will. I do not have the time to go back through 30+ pages of this thread until later tonight. Could those of you who feels he lied repeatedly yesterday, please give some examples. Otherwise, I will catch up later tonight.
Apparently, he feels like 52+ senators are fine and dandy being lied to and will vote for Kavanaugh, even though, as he said, there are several other conservative nominees available to pick from. Makes a lot of sense.
