I'd be worried about them if they hadn't.

I’ve seen enough circumstantial evidence (BEACHWEEK!) to know what kind of young man “Bart O'Kavanaugh” was.

Perfect. Hopefully, Booker and Harris don't allow him to interrupt and ramble to try and run out the clock.

Someone should tell him that just because he got into Yale doesn't mean he couldn't have assaulted someone. That implies that no assaults could ever be committed there, because everyone there got in.

I grew up with people that like the party life like Kavanaugh apparently did and as far as I know nobody has raped anyone. "The type" is a far cry from guilty.

When I see/hear people like this, I usually think of Chuck's ole quote:

I’m not talking about rape. He’s trying to paint this bullshit choirboy image of himself. He was clearly a big partier. He was a jock. He’s lying on the stand.

Yeah, those Dem senators really went after Ford. Amazed she didn’t interrupt them. Come on man. You are embarrassing yourself.

"The witnesses who were there say it didn't happen."

He just repeated that lie multiple times.

I left when it was apparent BK didn't have the stones that Dr. Ford did.

He may well be innocent of the accusations, but he acted like a whimpering little baby, IMHO.

The icing on the cake for me was when he was asked if he would support an FBI investigation...he kept repeating the same thing....."I'll go along with what the committee wants." Man...talk about a wimpy answer....

    #lostrespect

Sorry....I try to keep an open mind and call it like I see it.:emoji_ear:

And BTW....all this crap we saw today should have never taken place. This stuff should have been ironed out ahead of time. Part of the fault in that lies with Sen. Feinstein.

We have become WAY TOO political in our country! :emoji_disappointed:

Yeah. If he was a big partier, a jock, in the 19 freaking 80's, no problem, just own it. It sure wouldn't bother me one tiny bit if he was. But lying under oath is a whole different ballgame.

Why didn't the Republicans go after her? Oh wait, they wouldn't even question her. However, they seem okay talking to a man.

Cruz is creepy as either a fundamentalist Christian or a Socialist.

Everyone keeps saying the 3 witnesses refuted the charges, didn't they just say they have no recollection of the specific party in question?

Feinstein is kind of overlooking the point that no one in the press would know to stalk Dr. Ford without having knowledge that she made an allegation in the first place...

It's effectively unquestionable that the existence of the letter leaked either out of Feinstein's staff or Eshoo's office.
