I can't imagine CJ Roberts putting on anything close to this kind of childish display, or Gorsuch for that matter. His conduct does not befit a federal judge, even if assuming he's innocent. This is a man that is asking for a seat on the highest Court in the land. I don't know if you've ever been in a federal court, but every one I've ever been in demands far more from EVERY single person in the courtroom -defendant's included- than Kavanaugh has displayed today. It's a disgrace that this man could even sniff the federal bench, let alone SCOTUS.
Republicans just need to be honest here. He clearly did this. You just think it’s not enough to sink his nomination.
Just tuned back in. My apologies if conservatives already weighed in, but I have two questions: 1. Are you bothered that Mitchell is not questioning Kavanaugh? 2. Now that the Republicans are grandstanding, do you have a problem with that?
I would be shocked if Roberts, Gorsuch, or the others would attack "the left" and make political threats. That's partisan as hell. It's unbefitting of a SCOTUS Justice.
Is this guy really lying about common 80's slang terms like "boof" and "ralph". Hell I use "ralph" to this day as slang for throwing up.
1. She did for the time of I believe the first three GOP Senators. Starting with Lindsey Graham wanting the floor to express his disgust, it has been senators. 2. No. So long as every Democratic question is "well what about an FBI investigation" (which is, by the way, a great example of a solution in search of a problem), I'm fine with Grassley yelling at them for it and Graham and Cornyn using their time to call this a disgusting political game that is ignoring its real world consequence on peoples' lives.

Two observations: 1. In a reversal of fortune, most of the male Dems would have been better off yielding all of their time to Klobuchar and Harris. They largely look foolish. 2. It’s gutless for these guys to come back now and question him when they didnt have the guts to question her this morning, and then claim the other side is only one playing politics. And they’re not questioning him, just making speeches.
