He's regurgitating conservative talking points. He's exposed himself as such a partisan throughout this process.

 

He's angling for the democratic nomination. Anything to keep himself relevant. He's the donkey's Trump.

 

Yes, one is completely based upon what you want to be true. The other is objectively false.

 

Guy is far too partisan for a Supreme Court nominee anyway.

No problem with him assertively defending himself, but Supreme Court justice shouldn't be up there referring to "the left" - he even THREATENED future political payback in his testimony. "What goes around comes around". WTF is that? Not even maintaining the appearance of integrity and independence at this point.

 

He can't win with you, dude...
