I don’t like it from either side. But it seems inevitable now that the court has been politicized. McConnell used abject f@ckery and incredible luck to essentially pack the court by allowing a twice impeached one term disgrace of president to confirm 3 justices in one term. Then they promptly come in and reverse a 50 year old ruling that 70% of the country wanted to stand. The court is now an extension of the GOP and is no longer above the political fray. Unfortunate but it is what it is.
To call outside a restaurant and outside a justice’s home a “traditional public forum,” is more than a bit of a stretch in my opinion. Provided that the law is neutral, not content restrictive, and places reasonable limitations on time, manner, and place it is likely to pass 1st Amendment muster. But if you’re going to call stalking justices protected 1st Amendment speech, you’re going to act like harassing them outside their homes is normal, traditional public forums. I don’t want to hear tears from you when the January 6th types go to Sotomayor’s house or Justice Jackson’s house. “Nothing’s more American than protesting powerful government officials.”

No there isn’t anything that says word for word about a 10 year old seeking an abortion. However it is easily deduced when you read “Relating to abortion, including abortions after detection of an unborn child's heartbeat; authorizing a private civil right of action.” no age is mentioned.
So there is no bounty, only laws against abortion you don't like. So you lied about what the right is doing to justify what the left is doing because deep down you know that what you're doing is wrong.

When the outcomes are all that matter, every institution of power in America is reduced to a tool or an obstacle. SCOTUS is giving outcomes that Democrats hate, which they therefore find illegitimate, so now they want to destroy the institution of the SCOTUS. Classic case of a spoiled child taking their ball and going home whenever they lose at anything.

So, some kid trying to hustle her way through college working at Morton’s will see her income reduced because of these actions. The “little people” get trampled in the Left’s zeal to feel good by making others feel bad. Who is up for a nice steak dinner at Morton’s in Orlando? I’ve got the first round.
If you cared about the Morton’s waitress you’d support universal healthcare or at least Obamacare. Faux sympathy noted.
