"WASHINGTON, D.C. — Following the Vice President's widely criticized pre-taped interview with CNN, reports circulated that the Democrats were considering replacing Kamala Harris with the more coherent Joe Biden.

Harris's joint interview with running mate Tim Walz was met with poor reviews, with top Democratic officials citing Harris' inability to provide cogent answers or communicate like a person as reasons why the party should turn to the clarity and coherence of Joe Biden.

All that enthusiasm Kamala had was from the progressive base and she poured cold water on it with support for the wall and fracking. That coupled with the food price controls made the DNC a net neutral for her at best. Very questionable strategy that will be talked about for years.

Between the fact that the Babylon Bee simply isn't very good at satire and the tendency of some right-winger commentators and websites to perpetuate stories stories/commentaries intended to be serious although bordering on the absurd it's sometimes difficult to distinguish between those posts represented as "serious" opinion and/or "factual" and satire.

Scary is the fact that there are so many, including several posters on this board, that can't/don't/won't differentiate fact, satire, and outright lies.

 

It's a strangely high amount of "won't" differentiate these things. I just wish there were some equivalent of like.......when you make a big fold at the poker table and ask if they bluffed you....and sometimes someone will say "I'll tell you when I leave."

I'd love it if these people would tell us later if they really believe some of this crap. It can't be possible, right? I'm pretty sure we'd find a few who are either paid trolls, or may even have sold a long time account for increased trolling credibility.
