Was it you that posted how the routes in this offense are not effective? I would also ask, is this a passing QBs scheme? I feel that AR can't see the field or anticipate where the WRs will be. Is it him or is the scheme deficient? No idea.

I expected to see more posts about The Slant when the game was on the line. To me, that call was inexplicable.

Seems mostly true. Their QB threw like he knew exactly where his WR would be. We don't do that. Finally, today, a poster criticized the route design. Maybe it's not all on AR. Does the passing offense make sense? I don't know.

I understand his frustrations, but if he actually said, "F' this team," his a$$ would've cleared out his locker last night.

As much as I hate to say it, but his passing is becoming...Emory-esque. Besides the long TD pass and a couple of throws to Pearsall, his throws are to the player and not where the player is going to be. And, while I won't parse this game and instead wait for the regular others, it seems as if his footwork is digressing to the point that he isn't going through progressions like he did before and is becoming easy to read. That is a shame.

If you can't get playing time with this bunch then you obviously have no talent.

BN has a huge job trying to keep happy campers especially on D, can't help but think these D players are proud guys and somehow feel they are not being placed in a good position to succeed.

Billy has done a great job keeping a lid on the program, hopefully this is handled properly as well.

    Exactly.

AR had to trust where the WR will be and not where he is.

And of course needs more opportunities.

I think that was covered in a recent (last 2-weeks maybe?) GNFP. @Emmitto would remember.

Yes on GNFP, they do not give the passing attack high marks at all. Described as very basic and amateurish. Vs the running game which they rate very highly.

That said, we all remember all the not open receivers until Trask came in…

    Growing pains hurt.

    Is that you Mullen?

Okay, Kitna isn't either Trask or AR (last year), but still, you have to know when he isn't the best option for THAT game. JMHO

    It’s a weak route tree.
A pass heavy offense isn’t Napier’s game plan, so don’t expect it to change.
7 games in we have a Muschamp 2.0 offense accept it.

Curious have we got any great WR with speed to commit?

Ya realize Stetson Bennett was a walk on right?

To the point of this thread it’s not a good look for the team regardless of the guys roster status.
Even 4th string guys don’t typically do this for all the world to see.
This guy is a legacy Gator typically they aren’t gonna but too loud with the sour grapes.

Seems like we need about 3-4 guys that are 6’2” with 4.4-4.5 speed

James used to same very similar things about Mullen’s 1.0 offense before Brian Johnson took over as OC in 2020.

i don’t think he wasn’t playing, because he was weaker than the others. His picture and tweet should have been of him in the RB room, Vs the weight room. But, I get your point. He’s grinding regardless vs being negative.
