Kahleil Jackson unleashes NSFW frustration after loss to LSU As Mick would say, “Oh My”. Update: See post #76.
2 yrs in and can't break the 2 deep. Sounds like a me problem not a team problem. There is always the portal.
Or maybe he wasn't supposed to play, since we are speculating wildly here. Time for him to take a hike to Maryland, where he can be a star with Copeland.
Our WRs are not world beaters. No separation created. Don’t appear to be burners in terms of speed. Either the patterns/routes are issue, QB seeing the field is issue or the offense overall is the issue. Not featuring the RB or TE in the passing offense makes it easier on defenses.
Nearly all youth have their regrettable moments. Send him to the principal's office and get some family words in his ears. Teaching moment here.
Methinks the youngsters have to prove they need to play. That is good. Unfortunately, the vets need to prove that the other choices are not wise. That seems to be a SLOW road for a few of them.
I wish someone who is familiar with Instagram would check and make sure this is what the kid actually said and that it hasn't been removed or wasn't edited. If it was what he said and he left it up . . . it says much more about him IMO. Remember Lingard? Wasn't on the 3-deep nor getting any PT and went to the weight room right after a game around midnight a couple weeks ago? He was out there yesterday and contributing in a big way. Lingard didn't send this type of message. He sent a tweet or video of him hitting the weight room.
Watch the LSU QB last night...he threw receivers open. They weren't even out of their breaks before the ball was in the air. There is an opening on every route, but if the QB holds the ball too long, it's too late. We actually have very good receivers, but CBN only throws when down and AR waits too long.
I don't know the young man enough to go too far with any comments but hope he learns from this experience and is able to get back on track with his goals here. In a perfect world he gets mentoring by our team leaders. I always fall back to the old adage that it's only during times of adversity that a person's true character is revealed.
Not a good look, regardless of if he was talking about us or LSU. I'm sure Billy will handle it appropriately.
