Very similar to Percy's big game. A couple yards away from possible MVP for both of them!

    Freaking awesome man!

Nice showing for a guy that was basically castoff by his former team.

That route for the TD was the same one Mullen ran for him against UT. Unstoppable.

I wonder how the director of player personnel for the Giants feels right now.

He surly did and he was the best trade of any player in the NFL. He's an instant success... a spark plug for the Kansas City Chiefs.

He returned 13 punts in his UF career. Speaks to Mullen's incompetence.

Mullen didn't take special teams seriously, it's a trend among UF coaches since Urban left.

Also speaks to Grantham’s D not forcing many punts.

He was also a lowly three star, who developed into a first round draft pick once Mullen and staff convinced him to take football seriously.

I know that doesn’t mesh with Gator Nation’s hatred for all things Mullen, though.

I agree that the Giants must be kicking themselves for letting Toney slip away from them. But I also feel that the Sports media contributed heavily to Toney's value to the New York team. He got so much negative press from the start with his arriving late and unprepared without shoes and what not. These are all avoidable things that are extremely small when you look at the first few weeks of an athlete as a Pro against the lens of a 10 or 15 year career. Once the season started he had some injury issues as well that played right into the narrative of Toney's haters.

It seems they looked at him trying to find flaws, just like they did to Tebow when he was with the Jets (or any team for that matter). These boneheads believed that certain Gators got drafted too highly and then went full bore on their careers to prove their judgement was accurate.
