Justin Nadeau as a sophomore played in 30 games, started 29 as an infielder at 2nd base. Looks like he played up until 4/13, maybe he got hurt. In 119 at bats he hit .395, scored 36 runs, 8 doubles, 2 triples, and 1 homerun, with 28 RBIs. Had an OB% of 482 and stole 11 out of 12 bases. He usually batted 2nd or 3rd in the games he played. Granted JU only hit 34 homeruns as a team for the season (highest number by a batter was 8) so granted Justin was probably not swinging for the fences often or doesn't have the power.

It would be nice if a 395 guy from JU can come here and still hit over 325 or even 300. That would certainly help the early part of our order.

Nadeau had several injuries this past season, including one to his hand, that caused him to miss a bunch of games. But we’ll gladly take a guy who hit just under .400 and made only one error in 100 chances at 2B.

Is that the younger Washburn kid? I had heard he and his older brother were probably a package deal.
