It’s hard to say if we are really accelerating the warming and if we are, no one can stop “progress”.

Don't even have to go back that far. One poster here was assuring me that it would be much cooler now after we came off the solar maximum as late as 2020. We are heading back by 2025...

Nope. You might be the exception. Does not change the fact most don’t walk the walk while ignorantly claiming man is the reason for global warming/climate change…

***hardly anyone uses alternative pronouns/well unless required to do so/not sure where they came from for this thread but you do you***

Well, I guess I am different than the figments of your imagination. Given that you literally are calling out those figments, that is a good thing, I guess.

They came from you. You decided to link the issues. Not sure why. But you do you.

LOL they came from me. I have always satirized global warming/climate change with Man/Woman as that is what the global warming/climate change agenda is about accusing. You are the one who decided to bring “pronouns” into the discussion. I have no clue why. But you do you. Don’t put your identity politics agenda on me. Own your nonsense.

You do you. You brought “pronouns” to the discussion. It is what it is. It made no sense. Own it and move on…

***we actually agree on it for what it’s worth/basically no one uses them in communicating***

I have to wonder: why do you say the same couple of phrases over and over again? Especially when it is still nonsensical, as it often is (and is here).

You are the one just rambling to get the last word in. I will probably just laugh at your next remark. But sadly that is how the typical discussion goes with you. It is unfortunate but your MO…

You decided to engage with me and bring up off topic stuff. Don’t put your identity politics nonsense on me is all I am saying. Be a big boy and own it!

Okay, so in conclusion, you chose to declare a figment of your imagination to be hypocritical and have spent the rest of the thread butchering the English language and digging the hole deeper without apparently a lick of self-awareness. In other words, it is Tuesday.

Really? How so? What is the temperature in my house? You called a figment of your imagination a spade.

BTW, since you felt confident enough to declare everybody else ignorant, how much studying have you done on the topic of global climactic issues? Impress us with your encyclopedic knowledge that made you confident enough to declare nearly everybody who spent their life studying this issue "ignorant."

    LOL!

I never said you keep your AC at 72…

I hypothesized it is likely most keep their temperature colder than necessary. That was the point of my statement when I said likely the people who think we (Man/Woman/People since you were focused on pronouns for some reason) are causing global warming/climate change keep their temperature colder than necessary. Most studies put the normal AC is kept between 72 to 78. Texas one says 70 to 75. That is why I used 72. I did not even get into house size. Or the many other ways the great virtue people of global warming/climate change live a lot of time. Is it every one that ignorantly believes we are causing global warming/climate change that does this? No.

Glad you got your panties in a wad over nothing. So much so you starting spouting off about pronouns on a thread about global warming and climate change. It has been cute to watch…

No it isn’t hard to say we are causing warming. Not at all. It is really exceedingly simple.

So the figment of your imagination is the person who keeps it at 72. Okay then.

You keep saying people ignorantly believe that people are causing climate change. Again, I invite you to present your extensive studies that have made you much smarter than almost every scientist in the field. Let's hear it.

Depends who you listen to. I feel so much better listening to FOX etc. who tells me we are not changing the climate and everything is OK! :):emoji_thinking:

Because nothing says you’re serious about tackling climate change like taking a private jet to a climate conference, only to switch to a bicycle 100 yards from the venue, escorted by two cars …
